Before move on to the definition of our event, let’s first know what is Soft Skills? According to the Wikipedia, Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attribute, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients among others that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills. It is widely known that without Soft Skills no one can achieve their dreams and for this reason experts says in our whole career 80% success depends on how we sharpen and take care of our soft skills issues. Having believe on this, Country’s leading Professional training provider Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI) has initiate a daylong event named Soft Skills Fest where leading soft skills trainers will join and share the tips for improving one’s Soft Skills.
